The prices could be good.

According to 9to5Mac, the pricing on the iPhone 17 lineup could be better than we thought, with fewer price changes coming from the prices of the 16s. Recently, people thought that because of tariffs, prices could rise by at least $100. But, 9to5Mac has received a report from JPMorgan about their predictions about pricing. 9to5Mac lists the following prices:

  • iPhone 17: $799 (no increase)
  • iPhone 17 Air: $899-949 (no increase or $50 increase)
  • iPhone 17 Pro: $1,099 ($100 increase but with higher starting storage)
  • iPhone 17 Pro Max: $1,199 (no increase)

9to5Mac notes that "...the iPhone 17 Pro is the only model that is definitely expected to increase in price." This is because of the increase in storage on the iPhone 17 Pro. In recent years, Apple has increased the price of the Pro Max model to $1,199, but also increased the starting storage from 128GB to 256GB. This is expected with the iPhone 17 Pro this year.

Also, when 9to5Mac says "no increase or $50 increase" for the 17 Air, that is most likely in comparison to the iPhone 16 Plus, which the iPhone 17 Air replaces.

The new iPhones are coming soon and they will be great iPhones. We will have to see what Apple does soon.
