Samsung announces two new Wi-Fi speakers
It's about time.
Earlier this week, Samsung took the wraps off their brand new Wi-Fi speakers dubbed Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7. These announcements came alongside the announcements of brand new soundbars, but these are special since they haven't done standalone Wi-Fi speakers in a long time, if ever. Many users have been waiting for a smart Samsung speaker after the failed and essentially non-existent launch of the Samsung Galaxy Home.

The second literally eye-catching detail about the speakers is that they were designed by Erwan Bouroullec and were clearly designed to stand out, albeit in an organic way, in a room. It uses a "timeless dot concept" that does look very interesting and brings character to the device.
The speakers have Dolby Atmos, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, along with smart casting and much more. The larger Music Studio 7 uses 3.1.1-channel spatial audio and can be paired with other sondbars and speakers in Samsung's lineup. The smaller Music Studio 5 has a 4" woofer and two tweeters with AI Dynamic Bass Control, which "deepens low frequencies without distortion" to make audio sound better.
The new Samsung Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7 seem to be great quality Wi-Fi speakers from Samsung and promise to bring great sound quality and design. We will have to wait and see what Samsung does soon.
